G+5 Residential
This project posed a geotechnical challenge due to significant soil undulations within a compact plot. Hard murum was encountered at 5 ft depth in the front, while the rear end revealed hard rock at 10 ft, demanding strategic variation in footing levels. I led the structural design for the entire building, including customized footing solutions to accommodate these variations. The design underwent senior review and was approved without revisions.

Our process
We revised the layout for better flow and added built-in shelving for storage. Neutral walls and flooring allowed for brass accents and layered textures to shine. Lighting was a key element — with overhead, task, and ambient layers carefully planned.
